CDavis Enterprises, LLC is an independent evaluation and data management

consulting firm helping non-profits demonstrate impact through effective evaluation

planning and data-driven strategies.

When Cassandra founded the firm in 2019, she had a clear mission: to close the gap

between program activity and program evidence — helping non-profits not just do the

work but demonstrate it’s working.

As a trained Epidemiologist and Evaluator, Cassandra has evaluated and implemented

complex programs and initiatives across all levels of government, international and

community settings during her 15-year career. It was during this time that she saw

organizations struggle to embed evaluation as a core function into program design to

demonstrate program success, impact, and effectiveness.

CDavis Enterprises, LLC offers end-to-end evaluation services from planning and

design to reporting and capacity building to drive data-informed decisions and

actionable insights. We help clients elevate evaluation beyond simply data collection by

using it as a strategic tool to show how well a program is meeting intended outcomes,

identify what is and isn’t working, and clearly communicate impact on communities

served. We help them turn data into stories. The firm is guided by a deep commitment to 

integrity, accuracy, and ethical practice by collaborating with clients and 

their partners every step of the way.

Cassandra Davis earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University of

Louisiana and a Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology and Maternal and Child

Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She is a

current board member for Sisters in Public Health, an advisory council member for

Women Entrepreneurs in Public Health (WE Public Health), and a member of the

American Evaluation Association as well as the local Atlanta-area chapter.
