A lifelong commitment to service doesn't just define EXEC Coaching Network — it defines its founder.

Leslie Ann Dauphin, PhD, is a decorated U.S. Army paratrooper, Persian Gulf War veteran, and former CDC executive whose career has been shaped by a single constant: the belief that great leadership transforms lives. From her earliest days in uniform, she embraced the values that would guide everything that followed — service, connection, and excellence.

After her military service, Dr. Dauphin spent more than two decades at the CDC, rising to executive leadership and steering major workforce development initiatives. She mentored senior leaders, guided teams through complex organizational transitions, and witnessed firsthand as dedicated public health professionals gave decades of their careers in service to others.

During shifts in federal service, she recognized that expertise didn't leave with the people — access to it did. That gap became the foundation of EXEC Coaching Network. 

Today, as the Founder of EXEC and a university professor, Dr. Dauphin continues to shape the next generation of public health leaders — driven by a simple belief that service, connection, and excellence change lives.
